Q: Do I have to create another user profile on the new portal or can I use the existing one?
A: You do not need to create a new profile because the entire user database has been migrated, maintaining the same credentials.

Q: I placed an order on the old portal but I can't find it on the new one
A: This is normal because the two portals will continue to be active simultaneously for about 12 months. Subscriptions taken out the new portal will only be visible on the new one, while those taken out on the old one will only be visible on the old portal.

Q: I have received a bank transfer request

Q: I have forgotten my password
A : If you have forgotten the password you use to access the portal you can reset it by clicking on the ""Forgotten your Password"" button on the Login page and entering your email address. You will be sent an email with a link that you canuse to enter a new one.

Q: I cannot may the payment, do I need to unsubscribe?
A: If the payment is not completed due to insufficient funds, loss of connection or any other reason, the order remains pending for a certain period of time so that you can try to make the payment again at a later date.

Q: My credit card was declined and I can not make the payment, what should I do?
A: If credit card payment is declined, you must contact the service provider to verify that your card is eligible for online purchases. Recently, all credit card providers have significantly increased security levels to protect themselves against the theft of card data, therefore it is highly likely that this problem is the result of these new measures, which may have been implemented without the customer being made aware of them. In any event, the registration will not been validated until the payment process has been completed.

Q: How long does it take to validate the certificate I uploaded?
A: It normally takes 3/4 business days to validate a medical certificate. If this is not long enough, you can solicit the operation by email, however, in this case, we recommend that you select the ""I will present the medical certificate before the race"" box on the entry form and bring it with you when picking up your race number

Q: What do I need to do to enter more people?
A: To enter more people, complete the procedure for the first entrant, then click on the "ENTER ANOTHER ATHLETE FOR THIS EVENT" button to enter additional competitors. Once you have entered all the names, press the ""ORDER SUMMARY"" to proceed to the payment page.

Q: How much does the enternow.it service cost?
A: The applicable fee depends on a number of factors, but the total cost will be confrmed before you make your payment. Once you have finished entering the data, you will be transferred to the confirmation page, where you can verify the total applicable fee before making your payment.

Q: I have entered the race, how can I check if everything is correct?
A: Once the entry procedure has been completed, the race number will be inserted in the official start list after a few days. Usually you have to wait about 1 week before your name appears on the list. Naturally, if there are only a few days to go before the race, you will only have to wair 1 or 2 days. If your entry is not confirmed, you should contact the organizing committee directly at the email address on the enternow.it competition page.
